One-on-One Pediatric Occupational Therapy Mentorship

Whether you’re a new graduate, transitioning into pediatrics, or an experienced therapist seeking a fresh perspective, this program offers individualized mentorship tailored to your professional goals.

 

Through one-on-one guidance, collaborative problem-solving, and access to evidence-based resources, mentees gain confidence and clarity in clinical reasoning, sensory integration, fine motor development, documentation, school-based services, and tiered intervention. The program also supports growth in leadership, caseload management, and professional identity.

Mentorship sessions are flexible and personalized, offering virtual meetings, case consultations, and resource sharing that fit your schedule and learning style. The goal is to foster a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where pediatric occupational therapists can thrive, feel connected, and build skills that lead to impactful, client-centered care.  You will receive a certificate of completion that can be used towards license renewals, if applicable.
