I have completed the online course quiz and course evaluation.  I have not been able to access my certificate.

With the learning platform, you will need to make sure you have viewed every lesson (whether it is relevant to you or not) and click the blue button at the bottom of each lesson: complete and continue *Your certificate is also emailed to you to the email address that you registered for the course with.*Your certificate may also be located on our dashboard as well (See below)Please email Kareen if you are still not able to locate your certificate at kareenrobbinsot@gmail.com

I am not an Occupational Therapy Practitioner.  Can I still take your courses?

Absolutely!  Although many courses are AOTA-approved, ALL courses contain a course quiz as well as a personalized certificate.  Some courses are also Act 48-approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Education as well as the Ohio Physical Therapy Board.With Kareen having gone through the AOTA-approved provider process, courses are of high quality and provide various methods of learning, assessments and engagement. If you are unsure if a course will count towards your specific license, please contact us at kareenrobbinsot@gmail.com, and we can assist you in locating that information

Do you record LIVE courses for replay?

Yes, all Live courses are recorded and added to the course curriculum within 48 hours of the course.

Do you have your signature on course certificates?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All course certificates have Kareen's signature as well as the AOTA identifying information, CEUs or contact hours as well as name of the participant.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?

They will individually receive an email to access the course or resources.An invoice will be sent to the appropriate person for payment.

My organization is tax exempt.  Can I make a tax-free purchase?

Currently, there is no direct way to avoid paying taxes when completing a purchase on the learning platform or website. HOWEVER:You may choose to complete a Purchase Order form, and an invoice can be created for a tax-free purchase. (You will need to include your tax ID# on the PO form.To receive a tax refund through the Thinkific learning platform         a. Complete the purchase where tax is calculated.         b. Email the valid tax exemption number to kareenrobbinsot@gmail.com as well as:         c. Organization name: (this needs to align with what is on your tax-exemption document)             Your email:  Country:  Address:  City:  Region(state/province):  Zip/postal code:c. Kareen's team will start the verification process through Thinkific.d. The Thinkific team will validate and verify exemption status through the computer software, Avalara.e. You will receive an email directly from Avalara with a link to securely provide your tax exemption documentation.f.  If your status is verified, you will receive a tax refund, whenever applicable. Taxes will not be applied to any future transactions this student completes on the Thinkific site.

Can I purchase a course as a gift?

Yes! Great idea!You can purchase your product as a gift at checkout by selecting the " This is a gift" option. This allows you to designate a recipient by providing the recipient's information and email address while also having the option to include a personalized message.Only one gift can be purchased per transaction.After the product is purchased, the buyer will receive a gift order receipt email.  A gift invitation email will be sent to the designated recipient

Do I recieve a certificate for a mentorship session?

Yes. A certificate of attendance is presented for the length of each session (s).   Mentoring sessions may be applied to your NBCOT or state license renewal (within the US) or your OT license outside of the US.
