The packet includes: A handwriting screener, instructions for the screener, parental consent, data collection form, progress report form as well as handwriting group guidelines and suggestions for group structure.
You may also use as a universal screening tool for Tier 1 Response to Intervention or a screening tool for a targeted skill (Handwriting) within Tier 2 Response to Intervention.
